Cancellation Policy

 To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, Makeyla Solutions limits the number of attendees per class.  Substitution may be made at any time – please advise in advance. 

Registrants who have been confirmed may cancel reservations without penalty by March 26, 2010, by emailing info@makeylasolutions.com

Registrants who cancel a confirmed enrollment and fail to find a replacement less than 10 business days prior to class will be billed for 50% of course fee.

Registrants who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100% of the full course fee.
